Lisa, acknowledged for her real estate expertise based on peer reviews in international publications such as Best Lawyers, is a leading property law, conveyancing and land useapplications specialist.
Lisa has extensive experience in conveyancing and property law related matters including registrations of transfers, mortgage bonds, lease agreements and servitudes, drafting of agreements and securitisation documentation, the execution of notarial documents including notarial bonds, ante nuptial contracts, servitudes and leases, authentication and legalisation of documents for use outside South Africa, the opening of sectional title and township registers and the rezoning and related land use applications.
Lisa advises on all aspects of conveyancing and property law related matters, the sale of immovable property agreements, the establishment of Sectional Title Schemes (Melrose Arch included), drafting of securitisation documentation, body corporate and home owners association disputes, management of sectional title schemes and home owners associations, town planning applications with regard to changes in land uses and the establishment of charitable trusts.
Lisa obtained her B.A. and LL.B. degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand and is currently enrolled for a Masters degree in Advanced Property studies.
