Aristidis Soldatos

His areas of practice include dispute resolution, collective bargaining in relation to wages and conditions of employment, arbitration, and litigation including alternative dispute resolution and mediation.

Ari advises an extensive local and international client list on collective labour law issues, retrenchment, restructuring the workforce, individual employment related disputes, labour litigation, cases of alleged discrimination and complex employment and workplace-related matters.

With his passion for football, other career highlights have included officiating in the Africa Cup of Nations final tournaments in 1994, 1996 and 1998 as well as in France at the FIFA World Cup in 1998 where he was an assistant referee.

Ari completed his BA and LLB degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand. He speaks English, Afrikaans and Greek.
