Lisa-Anne King

LISAkLisa-Anne commenced articles with the firm in 2000. She has been a director in the Labour and Human Resources department of the firm since 2004. She also has 3 years commercial law experience, which has provided her with the skillset to partner with corporate clients to assist them with efficiently restructuring businesses whilst maintaining productivity and decreasing labour risks.

Her practice is diverse and includes, inter alia, collective bargaining and collective bargaining disputes, chairing disciplinary enquiries and appeals, dispute resolution and settlements, conducting due diligence investigations, employment related issues arising from commercial mergers and acquisitions, enforcing restraints of trade, human resource audits, labour law litigation (mediation and arbitration), Industrial Relations training for managers, drafting employment related agreements, policies and procedures and drafting commercial law agreements.

Lisa-Anne has chaired conferences and has been a key note speaker at conferences. She is also the Human Resources Director of the firm, where she has implemented new policies and procedures to help the firm keep abreast of modern trends impacting the workplace.

Lisa-Anne holds B. Proc and LLB degrees from Rand Afrikaans University.
