Biography

A combination of commercial litigation, insolvency and medical schemes law experience has resulted in Buhle enjoying the confidence of a varied list of clients within a multitude of sectors who reap the benefit of his extensive knowledge in these often complex practice areas.

Buhle advises on directors, shareholders, creditors, and liquidators’ rights and obligations in general and during business rescue and insolvency (including insolvency enquiries) in particular.  He also advises on High Court commercial litigation, commercial arbitrations, legal opinions and assists with lodging and defending complaints on behalf of medical aid schemes at the Council for Medical Schemes and any related high court litigation.

Buhle obtained his B.A. and LL.B. degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand.
