Biography

Charles is an accomplished commercial litigator with wide ranging and extensive experience. Many of the matters in which he has been involved have been reported in both the High Court and the Supreme Court of Appeals and three of the decisions handed down by the Supreme Court of Appeals are regarded as benchmark decisions and frequently quoted.

Charles specialises in contractual disputes litigated by way of either the High Court or arbitration process. He has an extensive list of clients (which includes both private and public companies), some of whom have been clients of his since he commenced practice.

He was a partner at Kallmeyer & Strime prior to that practice amalgamating with Fluxmans Inc. in 2003.

He was one of the first Commissioners of the Small Claims Court and has lectured in Mercantile Law to diploma students.
