BIOGRAPHY
Craig is a director of Fluxmans’ business rescue and insolvency team as well as its corporate commercial team.
Craig has been involved in numerous high profile business rescues, liquidations and insolvency interrogations and has acted for a broad range of clients including business rescue practitioners, liquidators, listed entities, multinational corporations and creditors.

In addition to his work in the fields of business rescue and insolvency law, Craig has amassed a broad range of skills and experience. His expertise extends to Corporate and commercial law, Commercial drafting, Corporate structuring, BEE structuring, Data protection including POPIA and GDPR legislation, IT and ICT sector work, Commercial negotiations, Commercial arbitrations, Commercial High Court litigation.
In 2023, Craig was selected by INSOL International to be one of the South African representatives and spearhead the initiative in its inaugural Future Leaders Programme.
Craig obtained his LL.B. degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2006 and, in 2018, he also completed his Masters degree (LLM) in Corporate Law at the University of the Witwatersrand.
In addition to his law degrees, Craig has also completed a B.A. degree in Sports Psychology (cum laude) and an Honours degree in Sports Science both at the University of Johannesburg and was inducted into the Golden Key Honours Society in 2011.
