Notable Corporate Lawyer Joins Fluxmans Team

Fluxmans Attorneys is pleased to announce the appointment of notable corporate lawyer, Ian Jacobsberg. Ian, who joined the firm on 1 March 2022, has over 30 years’ experience and his practice is primarily focused on competition, consumer and commercial regulatory law as well as other business-related law.

He has served as a Director of the Franchise Association of South Africa for several years and as its chairman in 2014/15”.

Ian enjoys working with entrepreneurs and innovators and is a mentor and panellist for Endeavor South Africa, a mission-driven, global organisation leading the high-impact entrepreneurship movement in the country. He has also served as Commissioner of the Small Claims Court since 1997.

Ian is listed in the 2012 – 2019 editions of international publication, “Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers” and also in international peer review guide “Best Lawyers for 2022” in their Mergers and Acquisitions and Franchise Law categories.
