Successful Judgment Recently Delivered By The High Court (Gauteng Local Division)

This was an application by Fluxmans clients in their capacities as trustees of the Knuttel Family Trust for the eviction of the first respondent, and through her, the second respondent and his family from a property belonging to the Trust in terms of the Prevention of IIlegal Eviction From and Unlawful Occupation of Land Act 19 of 1998. Judgment was granted in our clients favour together with costs on the attorney /client scale.
